When you sign the letter we collect your name, title, organisation, the role you sign as, an optional link, and your email address.
We publish your name, title and organisation on the letter once we have verified your signature. We use your email and link only to verify your signature and, occasionally, to update you about the letter. We never publish or sell your email. We rely on your consent to process this information, and you can withdraw it at any time.
The data controller is Inherent Laboratories Ltd (company number 16968849), which coordinates the letter. Signatures are stored in Google Workspace. We keep them for as long as the letter is published.
To remove your name or ask what we hold about you, email privacy@inherentlaboratories.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
